Dawn is a childrens illustrator who does a bit of reception work for extra cash. She is dating Lee a hunky guy form the warehouse. However she does harbour a secret crush for Tim. Dawn and Lee moved to Florida so that she could persue her chosen career in Illustrating but that didn't work. When she came back to the Christmas Party she realised she loved Tim and dumped Lee to run back to the Office and kiss Tim. Dawn is a bit mischeivous at heart and loves to wind up Gareth with Tim.
